These comic books are designed to introduce the public, particularly young people, to several topics in Solar-Terrestrial Physics. Click on the picture to open the comic book about Space Weather, the Aurora, and the Upper Atmosphere.

All the comic books were originated by Prof. Yohsuke Kamide at the Solar-Terrestrial Environment Laboratory at Nagoya University in Japan, in collaboration with SCOSTEP’s CAWSES program. Since then, all 10 have been translated into English. Several are also available in French, Czech, German, Hindi, Bengali, Dutch, Italian, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Tamil, Urdu, and Norwegian. You can find them all here.
